Called For P.U.R.P.O.S.E.

I recently did a podcast about how we are all called for a specific purpose. Everything has purpose! I advised everyone to search out what your purpose is if you don't already know it. God created us all with purpose. If you don't know, pray and seek guidance from your creator about what is your purpose in life.

Mark Twain once said, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."

I totally agree with this! We should not be just living our lives from day to day with no vision, dreams, or passion for what we are doing with our lives. That is not living, that is just existing.

So I broke down the word PURPOSE by acroynms and wanted to help suggest some ideas on what to focus on when going on your journey of knowing that you are called for purpose, on purpose.

The first letter,

"P"- Passion- What are you passionate about? What do you love? What is something that you would do for free you love it so much? What do you desire? If you don't do it you miss it or feel like you are slowly dying inside. What have you always been drawn to, you are natuarally gifted to do it, and it keeps coming back around in your life? Usually what we are passionate about is closely related to our purpose. Passion is an emotion that strongly controls what you do, and how you use your time. When you are passionate about something, time flies and when you are doing it because you love to do it and even share it with others. Simply put, it is what gives you life and lights the fire in your soul in your life. When you combine God's will with your passion you will find your purpose!

"U"- Unique- What makes you different? Why do you stand out? How are you set apart from the rest? What is your niche? What has God given you that is special and unique. God made each of us one of a kind. God has given all of us gifts and they are as different as our fingerprint.

Our journey and our testimonies all have a special and unique identity.

Our uniqueness is what sets us and our ministry apart from others. We all have a unique voice, sound, creativity, ideas, thoughts, etc. God created us different on purpose! Life would be boring if we were all the same. Don't compare yourself or your ministry to others either.

It is ok to admire someone else's ministry but don't try to imitate who they are or their ministry because you will lose your own uniqueiness that God gave you. God had graced each of us to handle and do different purposes with our life. So be you! Be who God created you to be!

God made you unique for a reason and each of our lives and ministries are assigned to touch specific people and their lives.

Stay unique in your Purpose!

"R"- Resources- There will be access to all we need in the season through Jesus Christ to help others.

Everything we need to fulfill our purpose God will supply when we are lined up and walking in His will. He will begin to release everything you need to walk in your purpose!

We will have NO lack of resources! WE serve a God wit limitless resources! Ge wants us to have everything we need to fulfill our purpose. We must realize that our jobs, money, and possessions are all resources. God Almighty is our source! Everything we need comes from the source! Resources can be replaced, changed, moved, or subsituted but only our SOURCE is the one thing that is constant and consistant. Our source is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow, and forevermore.

Use what you have in your hand and your possession right now. Start where you are and do not despise humble beginnings. Everything you need God has aleready supplied you with in this season.

"P"- Prophesy and Practice- I gave this one two parts because I believe they are connected. What has been spoken over your life? What have people said regarding your calling? What keeps coming up over and over again regarding your calling? No matter were you go or what you do it keeps coming back to this one thing.

I know for me it was my music ministry. I ran from it, tried to hide and put off doing it. However I could not escape my purpose that God had for my life.

Prophecy- is a prediction is something God had already predestine before the beginning of time like it says in Jeremiah 29:11.

I believe we can all get a prophecy but if you do not take action and put God's word into practice it will just remain a prophecy that is unfulfilled.

Practice- this is actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as to theories relating to it.

Practice also means to perform or exercise a skill or activity repeatedly or regularly in order to improve or maintain one's proficiency or to carry out or perforem to rehearse.

So when I am practicing my music, I am investing in my purpose, I am perfecting my skills and my gifts I am preparing myself to be ready when God presents and opportunity for me to share or use my gifts. The word says be ready in and out of season. 2 Timothy 4:2.

When someone gives you a prophecy regarding your purpose it is an opportunity to get ready and prepare, and practice so that when the time comes for you to walk in your purpose you will be ready.

Prophecy with no preparation or practice will lead to failure. Which leads me into the next letter.

"O"- Opportunities- God is opening the windows of heaven for us in this season. Especially in this season. God is shifting and resetting the world it seems in this season. God is creating opportunities for us in everything.

More time, more financial gain, more time with our family, fresh new ideas and creations, inventions, visions, ministries, God is just opening up doors and the windows of heaven!

There has never been a time in history like this. This pandemic is allowing us to really trust God. What are you doing with your extra time, space, grace, situation? Let's make sure that we are intentional about being prepared in this season for our opportunities.

"S"- Seasons- The Bible says be aware of the season that we a
